4. Event Information, Quotes, and Reservations

An inquiry or form submission does not reserve a date and is not a binding event contract. A reservation becomes effective only under a separate written event agreement and any required payment.

The executed event agreement controls venue rules, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation, rescheduling, vendors, insurance, capacity, conduct, damages, and other event-specific terms. If these website terms conflict with that agreement, the executed event agreement controls for the booked event.
